Baking Tips 101: Flour and Butter, NEVER Pam
Ladies and Gents,
I know how quick and easy it is to spray some Pam or another cooking spray into your cake pan, but 90% of the time you will end up with large chunks of your precious cake, or other baked goods, stuck to the bottom of the pan.
This is SO EASY to avoid!
Simply melt a few tablespoons of butter, pour into your pan, and tilt the pan until the entire bottom and most of the sides are coated.
Next sprinkle flour into the pan, tilt until the butter is covered, and dump out any excess.
This simple trick makes it 100 times easier to remove your cake after baking.
Try it and let me know if it works for you!
